Forbes released its Celebrity 100 list, a power ranking based on fame and earnings, and Oprah Winfrey was once again at the top. Despite her decline in TV ratings and magazine circulations, the household name earned $275 million (before taxes) in the last year alone.Golfer Tiger Woods was second, followed by Angelina Jolie. Jolie and her partner Brad Pitt (No. 10) were just one of the couples in the Top 10. Beyoncé Knowles and her new husband, Jay-Z, were fourth and seventh respectively.
Some teen stars also made the list, led by Disney star Miley Cyrus. She was joined by Daniel Radcliffe of 'Harry Potter' fame, as well as Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale of 'High School Musical,' and the pop trio the Jonas Brothers.
Johnny Depp was the highest-ranked actor on the list, at sixth place.
This year's power ranking also featured 27 newcomers. They included the band The Police, Steve Carell, Jon Stewart and Lauren Conrad.
