Review: HANA Air Premiere Hair Dryer

It's really here... the last weekend of July!

I still can't quite believe that it's already August next week, it's just really crazy. :O

Anyway, I'm pretty sure you've all heard of Misikko and their fab hair irons before. I had the chance to use the awesome HANA Air Premiere Hair Dryer, and now it's time for me to share what I thought of it with you guys. :)

The shipping is incredibly fast - I instantly got a tracking number, and the package arrived right on schedule.

The first thing that popped into my mind was, "Oh my, this is a huge box for a hair dryer!". I didn't know it had all these goodies included!

I was truly impressed with this hair dryer - I guess it really does live up to its title: "Best Selling Top Rated Hair Dryer".

And I mean, come on, just look at it -- it looks sooooo sleek and professional, right?

Holding it and using it, I can totally feel its super high quality. It is a bit heavy, but I don't mind. It's very quiet, and dries my hair in no time. I have thin hair, so that might be a factor, but I've read reviews saying that it dries thick hair in 15 minutes!

It dries my hair, but doesn't dry it to the point that it's almost fried (I hope that made sense...). Plus, the cold setting really helps a lot.

I really don't have any major complaints as it is really the best hair dryer I've tried thus far.

Okay, let me think... I had a bit of a hard time attaching the concentrator nozzle at first, but then again maybe that's just me, haha! There are instructions though, so do make sure to read those. Another thing is, it's so beautiful, I hate to just leave it lying in a drawer in the bathroom... I always want to put it back in its box. ;)

All in all: I think it's a really good hair dryer, and if drying your hair is an integral part of your routine, I suggest you get the HANA Air Premiere Hair Dryer - you won't be disappointed!

Zara Phillips' Wedding Dress and Tiara

Zara Phillips looks like one of those laidback, happy brides that make weddings a delight. Her dress, designed by Stewart Parvin, was simple and unpretentious just like she is.

I love that Zara added just enough drama with a long veil

and the bling from her tiara and earrings.

The tiara worn by Zara belongs to her mother, the Princess Royal, and is called the Meander Tiara. Originally gifted to then-Princess Elizabeth by her mother-in-law the tiara was apparently never worn in public by the Queen and was passed on to her daughter instead. Loving this design!

What Is She Wearing? Kate Middleton at Zara Phillip's Pre-Wedding Party

William and Kate seen boarding the Britannia for Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall's pre-wedding party. The Duchess of Cambridge was wearing the same green Diane von Furstenberg dress that Kate wore in L.A. (she's wearing different shoes today).

The dress is pretty, but I was kind of looking forward to a new piece. I guess this is one way not to overshadow the bride-to-be.

What new movies are you looking forward to?

Hi, everyone! :D

Now that I've seen Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 (and had some time to get over it... okay, I'll admit, I'm still not over it and I will probably never get over it, haha!), here are a couple of movies that I am looking forward to:

1. Paranormal Activity 3 -- I've seen Paranormal Activity 1 and 2 - I wasn't too crazy about the first one, but the second one was pretty good. I definitely want to see where and how all the paranormal activity began.

2. Margin Call -- I'm usually more into romantic comedies, but I do watch serious movies from time to time, and Margin Call looks like a really good one - plus, the cast is fantastic!

3. New Year's Eve -- I've seen a lot of comments on different websites about how this is just Valentine's Day all over again with the all-star ensemble and the story being centered on one specific day, and it probably will be the same, but that won't stop me from watching this movie... and I happen to love Valentine's Day. :)

I'm just not too sure about scruffy Ashton Kutcher being paired with Lea Michele? Hmmm... but who knows, right? Watching the trailer is making me all excited for Christmas and New Year's. :D

4. Sherlock Holmes 2: A Game of Shadows -- I loved the first Sherlock Holmes, so I am excited to see this movie. I'm just a little sad that Rachel McAdams won't be in this one, but hey, Noomi Rapace (aka Lisbeth Salander) will keep Holmes and Watson company. :)

5. The Hunger Games -- I just want to say thanks to all the bloggers who tirelessly blogged about The Hunger Games trilogy. :) If I didn't hear about it from you guys, I probably wouldn't have read all three books, so thanks!

Kareena upset with Priyanka and Katrina!

Kareena Kapoor must be one upset woman these days. Though she was very happy in the beginning of the year for having bagged three movies with the three Khans of the industry slowly her happiness is getting shattered due to the item girls of the movies.

After the news that Shahrukh Khan has roped in Priyanka Chorpa for an item number in Ra.One, where Bebo plays the lead, we hear that Katrina Kaif is being roped in for a item song by Salman Khan for the movie Bodyguard.

Now with the craze that these item songs have created in Bollywood post the stupendous reach of the Sheila and Munni, these songs are also expected to sizzle as the songs have the added star power from Katrina Kaif and Piryanka Chopra.

Though Kareena has not expressed her thoughts on having a item song in her movie done by someone elase, she is definitely upset since both Priyanka and Katrina are considered to be her arch rivals and are in the race for the number one spot.

We hope Aamir Khan does not surprise Kareena by introducing a item song in his yet to titled cop movie directed by Reema Kagti, which also has Rani Mukherji in the lead. We cant be sure, as Aamir too is smitten by item number craze that he danced to a song in his production Delhi Belly getting the tag of item boy!

Bipasha Basu in trouble!

We all know that many Bollywood celebrities have gone under the knife to get their assets enhanced. While some have witnessed a great change in their looks that has literally enhanced their beauty, some surgeries has also met with some disasters.

The latest we hear is that Bipasha Basu who has been in news for her enhanced assets have gone to the clinic again, as something has gone wrong with the treatment.

The reports state that the dusky actress checked into a south Mumbai hospital to meet up with a known cosmetic surgeon as her previous surgery has created some issues.

A source was reported to have told a newspaper daily, that the gel breast implants done a while back came undone, resulting in trouble that had to be rectified immediately.

The Bengali beauty has been facing a lot of trouble lately. After her break up with her 8 year long relationship with John Abraham, she is constantly in news for some issue or the other. While the reports of her getting close to her co-actors have been on one side, as she was recently caught up by the Officials in airport where she had to pay some heavy duty taxes and now this trouble with her health.

There are many other actresses in Bollywood who have accepted that they have under gone the breast implant surgery. Some of the actresses who were said to have done that are Mallika Sherawat, Minisha Lamba, Rakshi Sawant, Urmila Matondkar, Kangana Ranaut, Koine Mitra.

Now latest we hear is that Deepika Padukone has also undergone this surgery for enhancing her assets.
We wonder if these actresses has to do these to stay in limelight and to have their stand in the world of glitz and glamor. Is natural beauty not enough for our Indian actresses?

Katrina Kaif doing item song with Salman!

 

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif is definitely a couple who make an item together. The fans of the stars wish to see them together as often as possible though not together off screen at least onscreen.

The two are making headlines these days for their appearance together for the film Ek Tha Tiger after the break up. Salman and Katrina also danced together for the song 'Wallah Re Wallah' in the movie Tees Maar Khan, where Sallu Bhai made a special appearance. Now Katrina will be doing a special song sequence for Sallu's Bodyguard.

The song will have James Bond style theme with the lyrics, “Aaya Re Aaya Bodyguard”. Salman who plays Bodyguard in the film, will be playing a Bodyguard to the actress Katrina Kaif in this song said reports earlier.

Producer Atul Agnihotri clears about the song, which is being compared to Sheila and Munni saying, “Arre, there is no Sheila-Munni business here! This is just a fun song. Salman is wearing a black suit in the number, but that is in keeping with his bodyguard image in the film.”

A source informs, “Himesh Reshammiya wanted to ensure that his reconciliation with bhai had a worthy commemoration. So he has created a very Indian song with festive beats.”
