In an attempt to show up record breaking athlete Michael Phelps, DMX is setting his own world record - for most arrests.The rapper was arrested yet again in Miami on Thursday. The icing on the cake is that his arrest was for skipping court in Arizona related to his pending animal-cruelty and drug-possession case.

The rapper's lawyer provided evidence on Tuesday that DMX could not appear in Arizona because he was in the hospital. The judge opted to issue a bench warrant and raise his bond to $25,000.
What the rapper was in the hospital for remains a mystery, but given DMX's record I smell another arrest in the near future.
