Ex lovers in Bollywood are never known to show a spark of their former chemistry on the silver screen after splitting up. The likes of Kareena Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor and other couples who were once an item have often spoken of the possibility of working together again, but the possibility hasn’t materialized yet.
However, Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor toe a different line, it seems. In a latest interview, Deepika has made it clear that she has no problem working with Ranbir again after Bachna Ae Haseeno, provided there is a script interesting and challenging enough.
“I would love to work with Ranbir,” Deepika is quoted to have said. Deepika added that she and Ranbir are too professional to let their personal equations affect their profession.
It may be recalled that after the split a few months back, Ranbir too had expressed his wish to be with Deepika again.
However, the duo has mutually decided to work only if the script “inspires” them. Hopefully, someone in B-Town would come up with such a script soon.
