Neon Accents

I love the idea of incorporating the neon trend with accessories - a belt, a clutch, a shoe, or maybe just a small element on a piece of clothing.  I think its an unexpected, elegant way to wear the look.

In Bloom

Flowers and floral patterns were all over the Spring 2010 runways - big, small, monochromatic, bright, pastel, abstract, appliqués...there was no end to the way flowers will show up on clothes for the coming season.

Some of the "new" florals really remind me of the babydolls and bodysuits we had in the early 90s, which makes me wary, but thankfully there are enough gorgeous patterns out there that feel new to me so I'll be able to embrace this happy, feminine trend.
