Dance Judge Accused Of Child Molestation

Shane Sparks was arrested Friday morning and charged with eight counts of child molestation. Sparks is a judge on MTV's America's Best Dance Crew and a choreographer on So You Think You Can Dance.

Sparks committed "lewd acts on a child" in 1994. The criminal complaint documents eight incidents of abuse. Sparks allegedly had a relationship with a female that included acts of oral sex and other acts "with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual desires of the defendant, who was at least 10 years older than [the victim]."

Steve Meister, Sparks' lawyer, contends that these accusations are false and that Sparks is an innocent man. Meister states that the accusation is "bogus" and that it "reeks of opportunism and exploitation."

If convicted, Sparks will have to contribute his fingerprints and DNA to a national database of sex offenders.

Our friends at TMZ.com have just confirmed that actress Heather Locklear has just been charged with one count of driving under the influence of drugs....prescription medications.

No alcohol and no illegal narcotics were found in Heather's system.

Santa Barbara County Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter tells us they believe the prescription medications found in her system "could have impaired her ability to safely drive a motor vehicle."

Which prescriptions, we wonder?!?!

One is the Loneliest Number for Hulk Hogan's Son

Nick Bollea, son of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, is not too happy with solitary confinement. The 17-year-old's lawyers said in a motion filed Friday that the isolation is causing him "unbearable anxiety."

He spends up to 17 hours a day alone in his cell, and does not have access to amenities like educational programs.

Bollea is being held in solitary confinement in Pinellas County Jail's medical ward because he is too young to be in main holding. He is serving eight months after pleading no contest to reckless driving and causing a crash that seriously injured his friend.

His lawyers asked the judge to consider alternatives to isolation such as releasing him with ankle monitoring until he turns 18, or placing him in minimum security.
