Shruti Haasan and Siddharth strong relationship

Media has linked Shruti Haasan and Siddharth since the time they were seen together at the premiere of the movie Striker. And now it seems the couple is going strong in their relation.

Pyar chhupta nahi, and now according to reports Shruti and Siddharth don’t want to stay away from each other for long. They have even bought flats close to each other in Mumbai. As a tabloid reports, Rang De Basanti star Siddharth will also attend Shruti’s performance as the lead singer for her rock band ‘The Extramentals’ in Hyderabad on June 10. The actor tries to be with her whenever possible.

 

So whatever skeptics may have to say about this blossoming relationship, it’s believed Shruti’s father Kamal Haasan too has no apprehensions over his daughter’s beau. Siddharth even met him last month.

 

Let’s see whether Siddharth can be a steady beau to Shruti as he has a history of failed relationships. He divorced his wife in the year 2006 after which he dated Soha Ali Khan, but the relationship couldn’t last long.

Shruti Haasan is dating Siddharth

Kamal Haasan’s daughter Shruti Haasan is dating Siddharth. While it was hinted so far, they are moving towards formalizing it.

Tongues started to wag about the couple after they were seen entering the premiere of Siddharth’s film, ‘Striker’ together.

 

Now, it looks like Shruti has introduced Siddharth to her parents.

 

According to sources, her family is aware that the couple is getting increasingly fond of each other.

 

Shruti also seems serious about him. She has even got Siddharth to meet her sister and they get along well.

Shruthi-Akshara use hip-hop for their dad’s upcoming movie Unnaipol Oruvan

Shruthi Haasan’s Kollywood debut is happening behind the scenes, in a composing studio! She’s composing the music for dad Kamal Haasan’s upcoming movie Unnaipol Oruvan, a remake of the critically-acclaimed Bollywood flick A Wednesday. Admitting that it’s quite a challenge to compose for her father’s movie, she has still teamed up with her younger sister Akshara and taken on yet another challenge. What is that challenge?

Shruthi has composed a hip-hop song 'Easier Said Than Done', with a political message to it, a message linked to the crux of Unnaipol Oruvan. This song is to be made into a music video to be directed by Shruthi, with steps choreographed by Akshara who is a trained hip-hop and jazz dancer! Papa sure will be dancing to his girls tunes!

Shruti Hassan start living in mumbai leaving her dad

Shruti Hassan screens Luck for family[for more pictures]

All South films actress are shifting their base to Bombay. After Asin now it’s Shruti Hassan’s turn to move here. The actress is going to leave Papa Hassan and start living in one of the posh areas of the city.

As per sources, “Shruti has been looking out for an apartment for herself, she is all prepared to make it big on silver screen and it’s very difficult for this pretty lass to travel in and out.”

She is aware about the places in Mumbai. “Three to four years back she had stayed in Bombay for a year and had all the experiences about rains, potholes, traffics etc. Now she is all prepared for the same and quite excited about it too,” adds the source.

“After Luck she has few good offers in her kitty and wants to concentrate on Bollywood. Of course, her passion for singing and music will always remain her priority,” concludes the source. Let’s see whether this LUCK brings fortune in your life Shruti!

July 14th 2009 Imran Khan on tour of London to promote his new movie ‘Luck’

Actor Imran Khan as a PR exercise to get support for his forthcoming movie “Luck”, slated to be released by the end of this month went to London (UK) to attend a press conference. This is appreciated by industry experts as a good move by ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na‘ fame star.

Imran Khan told about his visit “The UK has always been special to me, as I have many friends and family there. The audiences have also been extremely supportive of me and of my releases. I’m really looking forward to interacting with everyone at Ilford and Feltham on Saturday.”

From Shruti Haasan to Mithun for Impossible Stunts

It took a spirited 20-year old Shruti Haasan to get a 50-plus Mithun Chakraborty on top of a hurling train in Thailand for an intricate stunt sequence in Soham Shah’s Luck.

And what’s more, Soham Shah was also asked to get on top of that train by his cast

Recalling those anxious days in Thailand, and earlier in South Africa where the earlier part of the same train-top stunt was shot, Soham says, “Our fight director Allan Amin had taken every precaution. But still as the director, I had my heart in the mouth when I saw my entire cast from Sanjay Dutt and Imran Khan; to Ravi Kissan and Shruti Haasan getting on top of that hurling burning train.”

The trickiest thing was to get Mithun Chakraborty in the action mode. “He hadn’t done stunts for decades. But when Shruti whom we didn’t want to put on the train-top and for whom we had got a body-double, insisted on doing her own stunt, Mithun da was right up there along with the rest of the cast.”

Kamal Haasan may not like Luck

Actor Kamal Haasan may not like his daughter’s debut movie Luck, media reported.Hassan’s daughter Shruti, who otherwise appears extremely confident, is nervous before the release of her film Luck, which stars Imran Khan and Sanjay Dutt.

“Yeah, I am not showing my film to them (parents) right now as I am quite nervous. I am too scared about their response. Maybe, sometime later…,” the actress quips.

Though Shruti has performed before at concerts and acted in commercials, she has become worried, more so about the reaction of her parents.

Imran Khan to display martial arts in ‘Luck’

Kamal Hassan’s daughter Shruti Hassan is making a grand debut with Soham Shah’s ‘Luck’ where she has been paired against Imran Khan. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Mithun Chakraborty, Ravi Kissen and Danny Denzongpa in the main villain’s role.

Imran had shown some action packed sequences in ‘Kidnap’ post his romantic role in ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na’, but ‘Luck’ would be an out and out action movie for Imran where he will be seen displaying martial arts.

Imran has just finished his long shooting schedule for the film in Cape Town and the producer had already arranged for his martial arts training sessions long before the shooting schedule. However, Imran had been busy with the promotion of his films and could not go through a proper training. Nevertheless, there was already a special trainer for him on his arrival at Cape Town and Imran left no stones unturned in going through rigorous training in order to get perfection in his action steps. Latest News Shruthi Haasan: Taking more responsibilities

The press meet of Unnai Pol Oruvan was held in Chennai last week. Actors Kamal Haasan, Mohanlal and the film’s crew were present to talk about the upcoming project. At the function, Kamal said he wanted to do a different kind of film and A Wednesday really inspired him. When asked if he was willing to make a film on the sufferings undergone by Sri Lankan Tamils, the actor replied that it was a very sensitive issue and declined to comment on it. At this juncture, he stopped and went on to introduce the music director, none other than his daughter Shruthi Haasan. Shruthi has been getting more and more active in the industry by taking up new projects, and was recently the guest of honour at the audio launch function of Kavithai Gundar.

Shruthi Haasan has several projects on her mind and is determined to prove herself! Like her father, she has chosen to be multi-faceted rather than concentrate on one task and limit her options. When she was asked to speak a few words, Shruthi said that she would like to associate herself more with socially-relevant projects and would not give up until she is creatively satisfied.
