Street Chic: Get Elettra's Look

I'm really liking the fresh look sported by Elettra Wiedemann at Fashion Week. Easy, pretty and feminine. Like the look but not willing to spring for Michael Kors (dress and jacket) or Prada (shoes)? Don't have a string of family heirloom pearls? No problem. The great thing about this outfit is that it's easily achievable for much less. Photo via Vogue.com.

cover of the February 2011 issue of British Vogue.

On this cover she looks more like old school

A Look at Tom Ford's Spring 2011 Womenswear Debut Line

Tom Ford's Spring 2011 Womenswear collection was as shrouded in secrecy as it was anticipated (his fall show will reportedly be even more exclusive with only editors invited). Stars like Beyonce and Julianne Moore walked the runway for Ford's debut line and only Terry Richardson was allowed to take photos, although a few contraband ones did filter out. Now Vogue is offering the first full-length look of the new Tom Ford styles, photographed by Steven Meisel.

Obviously the 70s are a big inspiration here, as well as Ford's signature glamorous touch. I love the blue dress above, especially against Karen Elson's colouring! And those suits with the perfectly cut pants, so Ford.

90th Anniversary of French Vogue Masquerade Ball

To celebrate the 90th anniversary of French Vogue, editor-in-chief Carina Roitfeld held a glittering Bal Masqué with an "Eyes Wide Shut" theme. Held at Hotel Pozzi di Borgo on the Left Bank guests ranged from supermodels to designers.

While it was clearly Carine's party Vogue Nippon's Anna Dello Russo certainly made a statement, as usual, in her sweeping white gown and towering Gareth Pugh headdress. Before the party Anna asked Tommy Ton of Jak and Jil to snap her getting ready. I love that for Anna fashion not only seems to be a passion but genuinely fun. The look, including the custom Pucci ballgown, was apparently inspired by Lady Gaga.

Hilary Duff Wedding Photos & More

The first Hilary Duff wedding photos released were grainy and not really worth posting, so I tweeted about them instead (I have included a few below). The setting looked dreamy and romantic, but you couldn't tell much about Hilary, her Vera Wang (does no one else design for stars these days?!) or Mike Comrie. Hilary looks really pretty and happy, but I'm not sure about the hair...Photos via OK! and JJB
