The song 'Saathiya', which is a romantic love ballad, is already a success! Picturised on Ajay Devgn and southern beauty Kajal Aggarwal, this track is said to be one of the most promising romantic songs of this year! The soulful tunes and the great on screen chemistry between Ajay and Kajal has caught the attention of the audiences.

The music of the melodious track has been given by the talented duo Ajay-Atul. The queen of romantic songs, Shreya Ghoshal has lent her beautiful voice to this song along with Composer Ajay.

Kajal Agarwal with Ajay Devgn!

Kajal Agarwal who is making her debut in Hindi version of 'Singam' with Ajay Devgn is playing the role of a Goan girl. She herself revealed this to the media recently.

Though Anushka Shetty played the role in Tamil and Telugu versions of this film, Kajal bagged it in Hindi. When asked if she would imitate Anushka in Hindi version, she said,

"Absolutely not. I am playing the role of a Goan girl in this movie. It is made according to the sensibilities of Hindi audience. I have started shooting for this film. Infact my role has been re-written completely for this film. Anushka did a great job in 'Singam' that released as 'Yamudu' in Telugu. If I have any doubts on the role, I will certainly contact her" Kajal said.

Riding high on success with 'Darling', 'Mr Perfect' and 'Brindavanam', Kajal is now number one heroine in Tollywood. She is being talked about as the next Soundarya, thanks to her roles. We are yet to see how her career in Bollywood shapes up.

Happy Anniversary Ajay-Kajol

Ajay Devgan and Kajol celebrate 11 years of blissful married life  on February 24th. The wonderful couple always make it a point to celebrate their anniversary together.

The awesome twosome are throwing a party for friends and family at their residence in Juhu. Ajay-Kajol’s daughter Nysa,6, is going to be the host of the evening.

 

Ajay describes Kajol as a very dedicated wife and her dedication to the institution of marriage has helped them strengthen their bond with each passing year.

Ajay Devgan’s generous gift to Bipasha Basu

How far could a producer go in taking care of the wishes of the leading lady of his film? Well, he could at least gift a new mobile phone. This is exactly what producer Ajay Devgan has done for Bipasha Basu who has just finished shooting for Ajay Devgan’s comedy ‘All The Best’ in Goa this week.

Bipasha had worked really hard with most sincere efforts for Ajay’s film. She not only worked late at night and early in the mornings, she also kept the phone switched off during the shooting thus cutting off from everyone including beau John Abraham who has hurt his legs. Bipasha also agreed to do an additional role in ‘All The Best’ without extra charges. When Ajay came to know that Bips wanted a Blackberry phone, he thought it would be just the right move to show his appreciation for her dedication.

Says the actress, “Yeah, Ajay knew I wanted it. In fact it was he who got me interested in. It is actually a gift in appreciation for working long hours and changing at lightning speed between shots when we had loads of work to finish. Ajay is a fabulous producer and co-star.”

Bipasha is all ga-ga for her new phone and says, “I love it! I’m going totally crazy with it. Though I’ve no numbers on it and am trying to figure it out, I just can’t get enough of it.”

Ajay Devgan Turns 40 With A Quiet Family Get-Together

Ajay Devgan who turned 40 on Thursday said it felt like any other day. “Is 40 really a special age to be ? I don’t feel anything special. It’s like any other day. I shot the entire day. No celebrations, nothing that I don’t do normally.” Nudge him a little more , and Ajay admits there was a family get-together. “My entire family, my parents , sister, brother-in-law my wife and daughter were all together for a dinner . But that’s something I do every time I get the chance. Yes, there was a cake. But I didn’t cut it.My daughter did.” Life at 40 for Ajay means more work. “All the Best, the comedy directed by Rohit Shetty that I’m producing,is currently being shot. So I was busy shooting that. For me there’s no life as satisfying as work and family.”

Ajay will be directing a film later this year. “It will be a dark comic thriller. And no, there will be no Kajol in it. For those who want to see us together there’s the animation film Toonpur Ka Super-hero.” Ajay admits the animation film is taking longer than expected. “But that isn’t because of recession. Animation is a very time-taking process. It needs lots of patience.” Any new promises to keep at 40? “None I feel physically and creatively fitter at 40 than I did at 30. The only new resolution is to devote more time to my blog. It has been renovated. I had been neglecting it. But now I intend to devote time regularly to it.Otherwise everything is the same. I still refuse to work with those I don’t like.”
