Lindsay Lohan has left Promises in Malibu after completing 45 days of residential and extended care treatment for alcoholism. She will now begin an intensive outpatient program and has elected to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet.
We'll see how long LaLohan's good behavior lasts - especially since word is she celebrated leaving rehab by partying in Vegas! It seems much too soon for her to be facing those temptations... maybe she should ask Mandy Moore or other wholesome stars for advice on better ways to spend her nights?

In other Lindsay news, the (former?) wild child has not surprisingly topped a onepoll.com list of Biggest Showbiz Party Animals. She was followed by Paris Hilton and trainwreck on-again/off-again couple Pete Doherty and Kate Moss.
Additionally, the former Disney teen queen is threatening legal action after a hacker stole compromising photos of her with Calum Best off her computer.
I guess there's no rest for the weary in the party-hardy life of Linds!
