The description of Paris' sentence to return to jail almost makes you feel sorry for her. Apparently she entered the courtroom disheveled and with no makeup, and she left in hysterics, crying for her mom. In fact, her mental status was so questionable that she will be spending the weekend at the psychiatric facility in the Twin Towers jail for an examination and observation.
The sheriff and the judge involved in the case have also been under fire.
Sheriff Lee Baca (above, middle) has been accused of favoritism and reports say he has used his authority to help others. Meanwhile, attorneys say Judge Michael Sauer (above, left) - who was highly critical of Baca's decision to release Paris for her undisclosed medical problems - is now biased and should be removed from the case.
Either way, it seems sort of unfair to Paris to be bouncing her in and out of jail like a yo-yo.
But she should look at the bright side. Maybe she'll befriend a fellow jailbird who will knit her a poncho like Martha Stewart's to wear once she is released again!
