Rumor has it Lindsay Lohan isn't letting rehab get in the way of celebrating her 21st birthday on July 2nd. Apparently she is leaving Promises in Malibu so she can still have the blowout in Vegas she's been planning for months.
You'd think 21 would just be another birthday for someone who has already been in rehab twice... the legal drinking age hasn't stopped her in the past, has it?
My guess is this sobriety thing isn't working out so well if she's already planning to party - after all, 21st birthdays aren't exactly known for restraint and moderation!
Between the alcohol, drugs and playing with knives, she's obviously already spiraled out of control. I wonder what it's going to take for her to straighten out - maybe a stint in jail like Paris?
