Australian actress Toni Collette gave birth to a daughter Wednesday. Collete and musician husband Dave Galafassi named the baby Sage Florence Galafassi.
"Both mother and baby are very well and very happy," a spokeswoman told the Australian Associated Press.
Collette was a best supporting actress Oscar nominee for 1999's "The Sixth Sense." She also starred in "Little Miss Sunshine" and "Muriel's Wedding."
