Oh, boy! They just don't learn, they're so obvious! Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, the couple we love to hate from MTV's The Hills, celebrate her 22nd birthday with a picnic at the Will Rogers State Park yesterday. Looks like they staged yet another photoshoot to show everyone they are nice and happy. They seem to enjoy getting their picture taken.
Spencer gave Heidi a new pair of Yves Saint Laurent ankle booties, a dozen roses and a new bag!
