The Monkees were nominated to The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this year, their 40th Anniversary. They were blocked by the editor of Rolling Stone Magazine, Jann Wenner. An online petition to send to Jann Wenner, and The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has been created! The purpose of this petition is to once and for all put an end to the urban myth that The Monkees didn't play their own instruments and get them into the Hall of Fame.
