Kid Rock was arrested this past weekend at a Waffle House in Atlanta, GA. He was taken into custody on a misdemeanor charge of simple battery. He spent about 12 hours in jail until he was released.“He and five members of his entourage were involved in a fight with a male customer inside the Waffle House,” said Mekka Parish, a spokeswoman for the DeKalb County Police Department.
