The 24-year-old "quickly recovered," but she did need a hand from her manager's assistant "to stop her falling." Her father, Mitch, accompanied her to the London Clinic in Marylebone.
"She's fine. It was a brief thing and they took her in as a precaution," her spokesman said. "Her Dad drove her to a private hospital, but they're unsure what caused it so aren't taking any chances."
The BBC reported that doctors have not made a diagnosis, nor have they determined the cause of her fainting episode. The singer reportedly planned to go outside to sign autographs for some Canadian fans who had been waiting outside her house. Her spokeman said that she fainted after she went outside and discovered the fans had left.
