Flight attendant files lawsuit against J.Lo

Flight attendant Lisa Wilson filed a $5 million lawsuit against Jennifer Lopez yesterday in Brooklyn Federal Court for complaints regarding a 2006 private flight the singer took.

Wilson alleged that Lopez's German shepherd guard dog was unruly, "attacking [Wilson] and biting her pant leg." She also said the attack caused her to fall, leading to back injuries that have prevented her from working.

The complaint says that "Prior to departure, the defendant Lopez warned the plaintiff about how she should behave around the guard dog." Wilson said that at the beginning of the flight, the dog, Floyd, seemed like "a well behaved guard dog."

Thirty minutes later; however, Floyd "lunged" at Wilson, leading to her fall and injury. In the complaint, Wilson said she began treatment for back pain and had surgery in April 2007, but she remains in treatment and has suffered "substantial economic loss" due to her inability to work.

In the suit, which E! News obtained, Wilson claimed that Lopez "knew or should have known that the animal had vicious propensities" and therefore is liable for her injuries.

Lopez has not replied to the charge, as of yet.

And according to the New York Post, Lopez was also subpoenaed last week to testify in a lawsuit regarding a 1999 nightclub shooting involving her boyfriend at the time, Sean "Diddy" Combs.

Natalia Reuben, a woman who was caught in the crossfire and shot in the face, filed a $130 million lawsuit against Combs and rapper Jamal "Shyne" Barrow, who was sentenced to jail for his involvement.

While Lopez was with Combs on the night of the Dec. 27, 1999 shooting at the former Club New York, she was not called as a witness to the criminal trial of either Combs or Barrow.
