Although Rihanna and Chris Brown still haven't completely come out and publicly declared they are dating, the pair was spotted (just down the road from PCM) in Ocean City, Maryland spending a few days on vacation. Because the 'couple' was spotted so close to our offices (and in such a fun place like Ocean City), it makes for our PCM Pic of The Day!
