Mary-Kate Olsen is refusing to be interviewed by the FBI pertaining to Heath Ledger's death.The actress has refused to answer any questions unless she is granted immunity from prosecution. The actress's lawyers have continuously shot down the authorities attempts to question her.
Olsen was the first person contacted when a masseuse found Ledger's dead body in her SoHo apartment in January.
Her behavior probes the question: was Ledger's death, which has been ruled an accident, really that accidental?
Officials are looking to obtain a grand-jury subpoena if Olsen continues to refuse to be interviewed. Officials are looking to question the actress about The Dark Knight star's behavior, alleged drug use and what happened that fateful January morning.
Officials have already interviewed everyone associated with Ledger and his death including doctors, maids, the masseuse, bodyguards, business associates and Michelle Williams, the mother of his two-year-old daughter, Matilda.
