Airborne is a fraudulent product!
Wow, I really feel lied to! How will I ever prevent the common cold now?
It has been reported and a class-action lawsuit has been filed claiming that the Airborne product shows "no credible evidence that what is in Airbourne can prevent colds or protect your from a germy environment" David Schardt, a nutritionist at the Center for Science in the Public Interest, said in a written statement this week. "Airborne is basically an overpriced, run-of-the-mill vitamin pill that's been cleverly, but deceptively, marketed."
Man, I used to take that stuff all the time, I just love the placebo effect! You know, if you think you are taking something to prevent a cold, then you mind tells you that it is actually working....we were fooled by a second-grade school teacher to top all of this!
The individuals spear-heading this lawsuit are claiming false advertising, since it has been proven that there is no scientific back to any of Airborne's claims. As an added note, the company's so-called clinical trials were conducted using only two people! The CSPI said "the Airborne company will have to refund money to consumers who bought its product," and it will pay for advertisements in large publications with instructions on how to get refunded.
