LOS ANGELES, CA- Taylor Dayne’s highly anticipated album, “Satisfied,” was released on February 5th and just over two weeks after its arrival, “Crash” has been selected as the featured song in ABC’s spring promo campaign. The song is heard playing over highlights of the network’s hottest shows, placing Taylor’s powerful voice over images of Grey’s Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Ugly Betty, and Oprah Winfrey’s The Big Give, among other shows. To create the perfect blend for its promos, ABC has chosen a unique voice that is recognized by its audience and millions across the world. The spot premiered during the 2008 Academy Awards broadcast, and will run through mid-March.
Additionally, Taylor has invited her loyal fans to submit their ideas for the concept of the forthcoming “Crash” video. This is an opportunity for fans to show what this song means to them through a video that could be seen by millions. Fans can submit their video treatment or ideas to video@taylordayne.com and it could become the brand new "Crash" video!
Furthermore, fans can create their own video for the song, post it on YouTube, and send the link to Taylor. The creator of the best video will receive a phone call from Taylor and will have the opportunity to personally share their idea with her. Fans can hear the song and copy the “Crash” lyrics at www.myspace.com/taylordayne.
