Did you think Joe Biden looked a little funny during the debate on Thursday? I know I did. There was just something about his eyes that didn't add up, or should I say sometimes they didn't move like a pair. Apparently Biden has been reaching across the isle to John Kerry to find a good doctor to do some work.The NY Post hypothesized that the Delaware Senator had some work done on the eyes, and the claim is backed up by a top manhattan plastic surgen who said he would bet his next paycheck on it.
