I like a little splash of unexpected colour to liven up an outfit or a room and for awhile now one of my favourites has been the unusual and elegant--and sometimes bright neon--chartreuse.

And while I love these chartreuse dresses I think I'm more inclined to add the colour as an accent (in both fashion and decor) rather than the main event. I particularly like it paired with black, white and electric blue.
